As Entegre Proje Yönetim, we have published the Turkey Construction Sector Report 2025 Q3, which we prepared by compiling sectoral data.

In the third quarter of 2025, the global economy continued its search for balance under the delayed effects of tight monetary policies and rising geopolitical risks. The U.S. economy grew by 0.7%, while major economies such as Germany revised their growth forecasts down to 0.2% due to customs tariffs, maintaining the fragility of the global trade environment.

During the same period, the Turkish economy grew by 3.7% year-on-year, outperforming expectations. The construction sector made the strongest contribution to growth with an increase of 13.9%, while industry and services also contributed positively. GDP in the third quarter reached TRY 17.42 trillion at current prices (approximately USD 432 billion).

When the activities comprising GDP are examined, in the third quarter of 2025, compared to the same quarter of the previous year:

• Services sector increased by 4.4%

• Financial and insurance activities increased by 10.8%

• Real estate activities increased by 4.2%

• Agricultural activities decreased by 12.7%

• Construction activities increased by 13.9%

• Industrial activities increased by 6.5%
