Ali Çoban has been working at ENTEGRE since 2004. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Project Management, Çoban has over 30 years of experience in national and international projects. He has been involved in various projects, including corporate headquarters, hotels, shopping malls, wastewater treatment plants, and data centers, and has held positions in project management and construction operations at companies such as Bovis Lend Lease, Soyak, Tepe, and Tekfen. At ENTEGRE, Çoban is responsible for project planning, cost control, and site coordination, and contributes to the effective management of projects through his extensive field experience.

Oğuz Sarp joined ENTEGRE in 2007. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University and completed an MBA program with a focus on finance and marketing at KU Leuven. Throughout his career spanning more than 35 years, he has held senior positions at companies such as Soyak, Alsim Alarko, Ekinciler Holding, Borova Yapı Endüstrisi, and Ulka İnşaat in Turkey and abroad, specializing in project management and investment processes. As Director of Operations at ENTEGRE, he provides strategic input into the planning and implementation of large-scale projects.

Melih Erakman has been working at ENTEGRE since 2008. He is a graduate of Dokuz Eylül University’s Denizli School of Architecture and has over 30 years of experience in energy and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has held positions at STFA and Alarko, serving in managerial roles on projects such as power plants, wastewater treatment facilities, high-speed rail, and the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline. As Project Coordinator at ENTEGRE, he contributes to the planning, coordination, and implementation of large-scale projects.

Gökhan Altuntoprak joined ENTEGRE in 2012. A graduate of Boğaziçi University’s Civil Engineering Department, Altuntoprak has over 15 years of experience in project management and operations. Throughout his career, he has held critical roles in data centers, industrial facilities, and mixed-use projects. At ENTEGRE, he has served as Project Manager, Central Project Manager, and Project Coordinator; he has played an active role in managing major projects for companies such as Akbank, Türkiye İş Bankası, Turkcell, IBM, and Aspilsan. As of 2026, in his role as Director of Operations, he is responsible for the operational management of large-scale projects. Altuntoprak continues to support ENTEGRE’s success with his expertise in project portfolio management and operational coordination.

Hüseyin Topcu has been working at ENTEGRE since 2013. He graduated from Selçuk University with a degree in Civil Engineering and continued his master’s studies at the same university. Starting his career as a technical office engineer, Topcu has gained experience in projects of various scales both domestically and internationally, holding roles such as technical office manager, technical director, and project manager. He has worked in sectors including residential, mixed-use developments, the defense industry, manufacturing facilities, and logistics centers, and has specialized in planning, tendering, contract management, and budget control. At ENTEGRE, Topcu has taken on responsibilities for projects involving clients such as Şişecam, Nestlé Purina, Lipton, Unilever, BMC, and Amazon Turkey. Today, as Director of Operations, he contributes to the company’s growth strategies and operational efficiency.

Ahmet Bülent Özkan has been working at ENTEGRE since 2011. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from METU and has over 40 years of professional experience. Özkan began his career as a design engineer and has worked on infrastructure, industrial facility, stadium, and residential projects in Turkey and abroad. He has held senior management positions in project management and technical offices at companies such as Tekfen Construction, Sağlam Construction (Ülker), and Temelsu Engineering. As Director of Operations at ENTEGRE, he contributes to company projects in the areas of budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and team coordination.
